DON'T STAY ON THE SHIP AT NASSAU BAHAMAS. WALK TO JUNKANOO BEACH

When visiting Nassau Bahamas, many cruiser decide and even recommend to stay on the ship. We however recommend getting off the ship at every port stop, even if for just a short time.
Follow us as we stretch our legs waking through Nassau's port (during construction, June 2022) and head to Junkanoo Beach to have lunch.
Simple walk, simple lunch, beautiful crystal clear water, and great time among loved ones.

Just what I needed! We are going to Nassau on a Carnival cruise next year. It's only my second time in Nassau and my first as an adult, so I wanted something free and relaxing instead of a 5 hour excursion. Thank you! Take care. 😊

It really is a good alternative and now that the new port is open, you really don't need to spend much on your first Nassau adventure. Have a great time.

Thanks for this. I’ve been to Nassau 3 times now and I’m going in a few weeks. We always go to Atlantis but I wanted to try a more local experience where we can just walk too

The port is now completely renovated with nice shops and things to see. No need for the big Atlantis expense or fool day event. I'm sure you will have a great time. Let me know how it went when you return.
