Cellulite is a byproduct of toxins am not being able to flush them from our ymphatic system or fascia. That's why hydration is so important coupled with exercise. Movement acts as a pump and the water flushes it out of our bodies. Manually helping to flush it out is what dry brushing does. But I do Yoga which can help in weight loss and toning, it has helped me immensely. Squatting is also a standard exercise for toning the butt. it also depends on how you lost the weight. there's a healthy way to lose weight and an unhealthy way. but I guess if you had included weight training into your weight loss routine , the cellulite wouldn't have popped
