great video Paul. i have to take some time to set up a video meeting soon. what are the highest elevations from the north to south on the coast. i was not familiar with the mountain ranges there.
Hey Jeff - sounds good! Let’s chats when you’re available. There is not much development at the highest points of the coastal range. The coastline itself has several Capes and Headlands where you find some quick elevation near towns/Hwy 101. Most towns will have areas where you can find a points of residential development at or above 100 ft, which is generally the point where you leave the Tsunami hazard zone.
We just drove through neskowin on our oregon coast Roadtrip TH-cam video, and I'm glad you are covering it! I always just drive right through, good stuff! What I will say as hopefully good feedback is that your hype intro (starts 10 seconds in) was so long that I almost clicked off, which am guessing hurts your view duration right on the intro. It was like 35 seconds long that really didn't provide me any value - hope that is helpful feedback
