does the sidewinder support phantom power?
What is the electrical connection at the pivot point? My only concern is failure at that point.
They are soldered connections. While it can rotate 360 degrees, it is not an infinite rotation. Ben explained this to me and I did not include it in the video. He said the cable will come with instructions on what to do/not to do. And as with all of their cables, lifetime guarantee if damaged.
About 28 buck per 2 foot cable... I’ll keep my setup the way it is.
Great idea, but way too expensive for a 2 foot $28.
