I’d say you should continue the MCU Films in release order that way you won’t watch them out of order 😂😂 so yeah next and last film of phase 1 is “The Avengers” then off to Phase 2

As far as what Marvel film to watch next, it's not the best movie but given what you've already seen The Incredible Hulk would round out all the main intro films for The Avengers. I don't personally think it's as bad as a lot of people make it out to be, I just think it's kind of mediocre. I do think it's worth watching prior to The Avengers, but if you decide you want to skip past it, you should definitely watch The Avengers before anything else.
