Julio Rowana Tim has really shown his metal through his wins and losses. I became a true fan viewing the Pacquiao vs. Horn telecast when Teddy was calling the fight completely for Pacman and was absolutely outraged with the decision, however throughout the fight Tim was asserting Horn’s moments and was calling the fight (in my opinion) closer to how it was in reality. Given Teddy was his coach/mentor, it wasn’t easy for Tim to be countermanding Teddy on the air in such a manner. I think Tim grew from that telecast and became one of the better play by play men in the fight game.

Marquez got schooled by Bradley, and refused a 50M offer to give Pacquiao a rematch, when Pacquiao gave Marquez 3 rematches... and Pacquiao went on to defeat top tier opponents after the knockout that "Pacquiao was still asleep from". NEW YORK -- "Sugar" Shane Mosley told a grand jury in 2003 that he injected himself with the doping agent EPO as he prepared for a fight against Oscar De La Hoya, according to court transcripts and doping calendars reviewed by the New York Daily News.
The transcript of the boxer's testimony was part of a BALCO file that was under a protective order before U.S. District Court Judge Susan Illston decided last Wednesday to allow prosecutors to share thousands of documents with Barry Bonds' lawyers.

Kenneth Villanueva In August 2002 federal agents initiated investigations into BALCO, a California-based laboratory suspected of selling banned performance-enhancing drugs to top athletes. Shane Mosley was among those named as a BALCO client, and he testified before a grand jury that he injected himself with the energy-boosting drug EPO and used undetectable steroids known as "the cream" and "the clear", acquired from BALCO, prior to his 2003 rematch with Oscar De La Hoya, which Mosley won by a unanimous decision.[123] Mosley insisted that he did not knowingly take banned substances, and thought they were vitamins.[124] He said he believed "the cream" was flaxseed oil, but under questioning he admitted it was probably something else. In 2008 Mosley launched a $12 million defamation lawsuit against BALCO founder Victor Conte, who claimed that Mosley knowingly took performance-enhancing drugs. The suit was dismissed with prejudice in November 2010.[125]

Little Giant Boxing missed the point when Nazim mentioned "spark plug for legs." He assumed height. What Nazim was talking about is Pacquiao is the rare fighter who uses his legs for power.
Anyone in the gym can tell you standing up performing military press - a person can lift more, meaning more strength standing up. A person sitting down not using legs lifts less.
Also, when Pacquiao implemented plyometics to have explosive legs, that when he became powerful moving up weight. Volleyball players will tell you plyometrics provides burst of explosive leg strength.
These are the key to Pacquiao's power as he moved up in weight.
Also, Pacquiao has mastered the punch, using all of his body, including legs. Many boxers use their shoulder/back muscle and forget legs. Pacquiao uses all muscles including legs.
Sadly, Americans are naturally racially bias. When Americans see Asian, Americans cannot see Asians as powerful. Hence, the accusation of steroids. Sadly, gets robbed when Marquez IV was on streroids. Also, Mayweather used IV fluids to mask drug agents - he used IV at home rather than lawful in medical center.
Pacquiao mastered the fight by wearing and fatiguing his opponents. A young pacquiao would throw 100 punches a round. Now, he is older, so he doesn't throw 100 a round, but still uses technique of fatiguing boxers.
Except for Hatton, pacquiao wins by fatiguing his opponents thatboxers just fall down.
A 12 year old girl can know down a fatigued person any day. Fatigue is how pacquiao wins.

you're very right, i never thought of it.
i always said he surprises cause he does that little jump punch before combos and that's what gets people, but that little jump his him using his legs to deliver that punch - after it the combos come.
manny pacqaiuo would destroy me in a fight, but were i a boxer; that's when you get him - that's when bradley got him doing the jump for that combo setup, hit him right when he landed.
mayweather had to notice this too and never let him land that particular punch, if you can avoid that punch or counter it when you see if coming you can beat manny but that's easier said than done. marquez had to fight him 3 or 4 times to finally catch it. it makes me wonder if trainers and other boxers actually notice this

It's not just the footwork... It's the size of his arms, wrist and fist with the speed of his punch... His wrist are the same size as Mike Tyson's..

Imagine getting him by Marciano and Tyson ? Pac is the little version of those two.

Crazy.... Pacquiao is a little guy but he has serious heat in his punches. I wonder what his punches would do to a regular old joe at the bar......

The Great Priest im a fast puncher and once i threw right to the nose and to the eye.. he bled nonstop his nose got very swollen and his eye got blue im 169 tall thats about 5’6-7.. that being said i didnt even gain alot of swing room or set it up with left, just right straight and something between a cross or a hook.. if i gained more room or properly strenghten my arm i would tear his skin 100% .. so manny pacquiao would prolly do the same or even worse.. and i before i threw my 3rd punch i just saw his head shake and stopped..
Fighting with fists is completely different.. ive had brawls and they always end up with cut lips and blue skin swollen eyes(alot more than u imagine).. its not nice.. a man like pacquiao would beat you like an animal if ur average joe also it wont matter how tall you are or how heavy.. he throws 5 punches extremely fast and will probably cut you and make it really painful. You don’t let guys like pac with free hands because if ur average joe and u dont have any neck or ur not genetically tough not used to moving.. if he lands one straight to the mouth he will possibly break ur teeth and knock u down depending if the speed catches ur jaw or centers ur teeth.. it will be ugly.
Also there are types of people u should never underestimate no one. Because ive seen some people hit and the other guy loose two front teeth and just helplessly crumble and his friends ran away lol.
