So I've been told that my Chinese is super Taiwanese sounding. As someone who can barely speak, how would you rate my Chinese?

      反正發音非常可愛❤

What he said is so true. It was sad to see all my friends quitting their instruments one by one during our middle school and high school years. We need more amazing musicians to cheer up this world!

It's incredibly important to have musicians as dedicated as Ray Chen! He conveys classical music to young people in a committed and cheerful manner. This motivation about Tonic is so important for us. Thank you Ray Chen 🙏

I love the difference between loving to show-off and loving to share... Totally changed my mindset on this. Tonic and music have also been very, very healing for me as well. Thank you so much, Ray ❤

It's amazing how Ray as a celebrated and very successfull soloist takes time and energy to find out why people stop playing their instruments and finds a solution for that! Thank you so much for doing this and thus doing a wonderful job to at least partly secure the future of classical music!

This is the most personally connecting advertisement I have ever seen...
Because I used Tonic during my practices, it actually made me less nervous during my recital because that "performance" factor was incorporated into my daily practices.
Thank you for creating Tonic! 🤩

That was simply inspiring. I'll admit that I find it a little hard to run Tonic while at the same time running a metronome app, + a recording app (I really need to record to confirm I'm in tune) on the phone. And that's sometimes even splitting those things between the phone and the ipad with my music on it. BUT I'll get it figured out - might be time to invest in another cheap loud m50 metronome I think.

You are utterly amazing Ray, really wish I could meet with you one day, a truly inspiring person with good qualities we should all learn from🎉 Really has encouraged me to keep up the practice too and has created a reason for me to play, now I can also perform and SHARE with others my mistakes😂

I am not a musician, but I love the idea of tonic. I wish I had something like that for novels, because I love the feedback and collaboration when you start bouncing ideas off of other people, but sometimes it can be very lonely.

I practice violin in a discord voice chat in a public music server. Through that, I have made several new friends, and I have gotten stronger motivation to practice as well as getting more enjoyment out of practice. I have never used tonic, but I know the amount something like that can help

Hi Ray, sorry for a random question. My 8 year old thought that she sat behind you at NZ Young Artist Showcase a few weeks ago, but wasn’t sure and insists if I can ask you to let her know, as she is a fan 😅.

Great work Ray Chen ! but the Android app is too slow to be usable. There is a problem that with some instruments, there is not much audience would join to listen, such as the guitar. And why cannot type in your own choice piece of music?

Hi ray, hope you see this, but when i exit my practice studio in tonic and it presents me with a new accessory, it doesn’t let me exit the page, so when i close the app it doesn’t say i have it.

So what do Asian tiger mom's do? Get on the app a search for the kid that practiced 23.5 hours a day so that she can blame her child for only going for 23 hours?

I tried tonic for the first time two days ago after watching your livestream it was an awesome experience💯, i love the concept of the app. But the second day onwards the app suddenly keeps crashing whenever i create or join a session🫠
Does anyone else have this issue? not sure what i did to cause this but i hope it gets fixed soon🤧
