      Hi. Your videos and podcasts are awesome. I just noticed you use for me too many times between the sentences the - "you understand" . Not exactly in this video but in many of them and also your podcasts. I am writing this because maybe you are not aware of how many times you use it and you would like to reduce it for better listening experience.       I’m not one who like to let others in on my struggles but when I did, not only was a weight lifted by venting but it allowed the other person to also open up about their struggles and we connected on a much deeper level

    I've been stressed so much this week I haven't been able to sleep, barely able to eat and today I am working remotely, getting panickey and I jsut thought I NEED to listen to some of your videos to calm down. And it helped. Thank you!!!

    I can’t emphasize enough how true this is: I just lost my grandma who raised me, from Covid. I went through a break up at the same time, which led me to move out - that next week I started a new stressful job - and moved into a new apartment where I’m alone. I thought I would be crushed by the loneliness, the stress and processing all this (don’t get me wrong sometimes I am) but finding ME has been so grounding. We have to look at ourselves as if we’re the child that needs care, and make sure we ask ourselves “what do you need” at all time. I find comfort in taking breaks, calling a friend, in slow breathing and checking in with myself in the mirror.

    One thing I’ve really been struggling with is burnout. At the beginning of the year, I felt so much motivation to have everything together. I told myself I wasn’t going to stress or allow myself to feel overwhelmed. I’ve been pushing myself so hard that I actually did, break. I was afraid to tell the people around me that I was struggling because I didn’t want to admit what that I failed to do what I set out for myself.
    But, I’m here to tell you all that what Hindz says is true. We need to release what we are clinging to. Don’t over kill yourself and push yourself past the point of burnout. Take time for yourself friends🤍

    Fighting with depression and ADHD and just lost my job because of my impulsivity(I feel relieved tho, been working 10h daily in construction) trying to overcome anxiety and start making videos. At the end of the day we’re still alive, we can see the sun shine another day so all it’s good!

    When I'm stressed from adhd w ocd, anxiety, etc I like to be alone and let it all out, sleep, journaling, self care-whatever I'm feeling. As well as paying attention to my senses, and the physical items around me and, especially my breathing. I often have to remind myself to relax my jaw too. 🧿Love, light, & gratitude💕Bless!

    What helps me is by writing it down on paper. Not journaling but one by one writing each and everything on paper, almost like a to do list of sorts. When I physically see the things that are on my mind I then can actually cross out the things that truly are not worth stressing over and the things that are worth stressing over I can write a plan of attack. That’s what helps me and I feel calm after. Instead of letting my mind run wile I try to actually see it and understand it.
    Taking it easy on the caffeine and eating better food for sure also helps as well. Hope everyone has a good day or night whenever you’re reading this ❤️

    When I am stressed, I put myself on hold, I breath in and I say, I know I am breathing in, I breath out, I know I am breathing out. Learned it from a wise monk. Calm myself down with my camille tea, I sleep extra and meditate. Refreshing my mind is my way to managed my stress. Love your channel, stay save, 🙏🏽💙

    Hindz u healed my eating disorder because of the way you talk about food. You made me realize that food is energy and it should be a ritual to cook. I used to see eating as a burden because it was “boring” and i had no appetite. Now im excited to try new healthy things and I actually enjoy it. Thank you so so much🥺🥺❤️❤️

    Thank you Hindz. Today I've been doing all the house cleaning for christmas eve and I was getting so stressed and I was also so mad at my siblings who didn't help at all but told me to calm down, in a not very nice way. I was in a state of full pression and resentment and I would say harmful things to everyone around me, although I'm not usually like that. The only one that understood me was my mom who has been cooking all day and is probably more tired that me, and she tried to calm me down. In that moment I knew exactly what I needed, so I made my tea and went to my room to watch a video of your, because they always calm me down. I saw this one and the title was perfect for that moment, and only hearing your voice made me feel so much better. You are not aware enough about how important is the work you're doing, I know I'm not the only one who needs your vids. Now I feel well enough to try and meditate and after that I know I'll be unstoppable again.

    I have been working very hard lately at my day job and also building an art business on the side. I am doing a lot, but I have noticed that my mind has been overstimulated and doesn't know when it's time to rest. I was just telling my grandma yesterday that I know that I need to meditate more to support the fact that I am doing more. Like properly charged batteries and recalibrating.     I just want to share something I wrote in my journal literally an hour before I clicked on this video because it aligns so perfectly.
    "I am setting myself up to enjoy success in this lifetime. While making it a goal to stay grounded. Every single day. I need time to recharge. That's just how I function. My mom has been spending some time asking that question-- "How can I feel recharged?" I've given her suggestions similar to the answers she is receiving from the web. Rest. Eat well. Exercise. These are all things that I also have to practice in order to show up as my best self."
    AND I allowed myself to take a nap today already and feel so energized. 😌Not gonna lie, I've been feeling so overwhelmed lately, but questioning every time I choose to rest rather than push myself to be productive. Grateful to receive confirmation in knowing my well-being comes first. That taking care of myself first will actually lead to more productivity in the long run. Thank you.

    I find myself a mirror and speak out the situations bothering me. I usually end up laughing at how crazy it looks but, that's how I cope now. I don't know how to explain it but, I think of it like this. If I can't say something to myself I probably shouldn't say it to anyone else.

    Excellent advice... Tapped into your energy a few days ago and knew you were feeling it. Beautiful to see you caring for you. How can we serve others when we are depleted...Recently I pushed my own boundaries, overworking, moving, juggling. Didn’t listen to the messages coming in saying Slow down and ended up with injury and illness. Have been given the opportunity to hibernate and recalibrate. Could write a book on health and nutrition, holistic self care, but it seems that I’ve been given no slack in putting to practice the wisdom given...Reminder of the here and now moment, all will come to fruition in due time. Trusting in the process, flowing in the flow...leveling up!

    The timing of this video is clutch HINDZ! I so needed this, in a similar situation with moving, handling projects and just tryna find me time without falling too behind got me pooped!! but thank you!!!
