  • Get your plate ready; it’s wing night! These sweet and spicy wings are seasoned with my Honey Chipotle Rub and smothered in a decadent sauce. My Honey Garlic Wings will be your new favorite appetizer for game day, boy's night, and just because. This wing recipe stands out from the pack due to some savvy grillwork. Many hot wings are taken off the grill, sauced, and served. Putting the wings back on the grill to let the sauce caramelize makes all the difference. Don’t just take my word for it. Try this recipe for yourself. You won’t be sorry!

    HONEY GARLIC SAUCE:
    • 1/2 cup of Mike's Hot Honey
    • 1/3 cup of water
    • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
    • 4 large garlic cloves crushed
    • 1 tablespoon finely diced ginger
    • 1 teaspoon corn starch
    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Get your grill up to temperature of approximately 300º with a 2-zone fire.

    10. Remove wings from the grill once they have reached desired level of char.
    11. Enjoy

Tried the recipe twice this past weekend on my small charcoal grill. Pretty dang tasty if i do say myself. I tried putting some hickory wood chips with the charcoal the second night.

Today I made wings using your sweet bbq, honey rub, vinegar sauce, and your sweet bbq sauce on these wings and they were so delicious that our entire family ate it! You did a good job on them!

Wings are so difficult for me to get perfect. Granted, I don’t smoke them often, but getting the skin crispy is what gets me. I tried putting them in the fridge overnight uncovered to try to dry the skin out last time and still same result. Yours looked killer!

Best wings I make are on my Pit Barrel Cooker. Perfect skin Perfect wings. I love my offset for brisket, pork butt, and beef ribs. But the PBC is my go to for chicken wings and pork ribs.

Want the skin as dry as possible before you put them on. Could use corn starch as well.

Heath, keep it up! You do some awesome stuff and I personally love many of your products. I've done many of you recipes and they've never disappointed. Too bad some people just can't leave a site that doesn't interest them without the negative remarks! But mostly, they are just jealous you are very successful at what you do! You show you love what you do! Awesome!
