It’s still bugged got 16 motes inventory is not full fought the meatball 2 times now and he either still doesn’t drop the last mote or a different boss doesn’t drop it now

Aslong as you've made sure to have collected all "The Motes from The Visions" than the Last Mote should be from One of the Overthrow Bosses.
This gonna be annoying but I recommend doing each of the overthrow bosses and paying close attention to each one that you defeat for a mote.
My friend thought it was the meatball boss, and kept doing that. It turns out he needed one the bosses from the landing. Hopefully this helps you out!

Is my quest bugged? I have 16 motes. Pretty sure I fought all the bosses and that’s why my triumphs say but still can’t get anyone to drop the last mote . What should I do? :/

Sadly there is no fix Bungie has to reset the mission I have same issue bro and meatball doesn't dropped the last mote anymore guess the legendary version I'll stick to

That's why I said don't use the triumph as a 100% indicator.

I see how the abrupt cuts can be bit confusing but there all in the same room and follow a path in which a bird guides you in-game.
For Vision 5 "The Path" the same as when You did The "Slayer Cyst".
Earlier in the Video I talked about The "Cyst Missions" and how they work. Hopefully this helps!
