The mil suites should be larger but definitely close to the right dimensions!! The separate door is brilliant but perhaps would be better to have a private entrance more adjacent to the interior kitchen which would create an additional seating area

My brother and I are thinking about getting something like this, housing is getting way too expensive, just makes financial sense to do this. Plus it brings us closer as a family.
