I just want to say that I really appreciate your content. I also bought your products. Please keep putting out these excellent videos, you’re one of the best resources we have for Neo.
Jakub... this is the kind of front face Model-shot I am looking at naturally without the finger over her mouth.. it also has the right "tan" color... please advise... as usual a great Video... who knew, these are the hidden secrets in Neo.. Manfred from Stuttgart...
Very good information, thank you! Also, I recently bought your bundle (also very good) but cannot find out how to install your presets. Do you have a tutorial for that? Again, thank you :)
Great videos as usually. All stout videos are simple and easy to follow. My question is, in the old Luminar we can view the film strip in edit and go to the next photo. My filmstrip is grayed out in NEO. Did I change my work space? Thanks keep up the lessons.
Another helpful video... but if I follow this, it will not work with BLACK objects... (is this correct?). Is there a way to change something from Black?
Thank you for this video, I found it very helpful with my photo editing; however, I could not change a white dress to another colour, is it possible to do it?
Thank you, Dele. I am afraid that you cannot change the white colour with the current tools in Luminar NEO. Hopefully, it's something we are going to see in future.
. Im new to luminar Neo. Im having a problem when I edit my photo and export, my photos are like thunb nails, if I try to open them they are small and are blurry if i enlarge them. I think you had said something about that before but I dont remember what. would love if you could tell me what im doing wrong. Thank a lot .
I am sorry, but I am not sure what causes this issue. I suggest you to try to contact Skylum to get support from their side. You can also watch our Exporting tutorial, just to make sure all your settings are correct.
Can you please tell me how I can highlight the "white Clouds" so they pop out and make a deep white.... please let me know, thank you, wishing you a Happy New Year...
Using the simple Whites slider in the Develop module can help achieve the desired effect. After increasing it, use masking to apply it to the sky or the clouds.
Question, I have downloaded the short cuts, and when practicing's this colour change, I zoom in for detail brushing, but I can't move the picture up to coninue the edit, not without exiting and going in again, is the short cut to moving the image up down left right etc while zommed in?
Good video but why not use the Portrait Background to erase the face and hands as the background tool acts as erase and the transition tool is edge aware ?
This process would have been so much easier if Luminar had an edge-aware (auto-mask) brush, just like the iine in Lightroom. But for some reason, Skylum will simply not provide it. Anyway, thanks for the tutorial.

Any time!
Excellent, thank you. What may be of interest is how to process IR photos in Luminar.
Thank you for the tip Bern. We will do our best to create tutorial covering the IR photos.

Hi, Manfred. Thank you for your message, I am afraid I can't remember where is the image from.

Hi Jerry, thank you for your lovely comment. I am afraid that the film strip isn't available in Luminar NEO, yet. Let's hope that we can get it soon.
Excellent Video
Thank you very much...
Great vid! Any tips how I can change color for vector or pattern images?
Thank you for your comment. I will have a look and see, but not sure that Luminar NEO will be best at it… let’s see.
@@CleverPhotographer thanks for letting me know. I’ve been struggling in editing colors for patterns and vectors using it.

Thank you for your lovely comment, Sam. I'm sorry to say that changing the black color is a complex task and cannot be done with NEO at this time.
wonderful job..
Thank you very much...
Well done, thank you.
Thank you very much Jack. I am glad you enjoyed it.

Avec plaisir Jean-Raymond!

Hi, Ron. Thank you for your message. Yes, you have to hold "space" bar to move around when zoomed in and using the brush tool. I hope this will help.
Good video but why not use the Portrait Background to erase the face and hands as the background tool acts as erase and the transition tool is edge aware ?
Hi Michael, thank you for your suggestion.
Ha ha ! Easy and simple, good job!👍
Thank you! Cheers!
I have a purple rose macro and I just cannot get it to go RED ...No amount of adjusting sliders makes it red...every other colour but not red
so NEO seems to work great with photos but I am having trouble trying to do Geometric type patterns with it - anyone else figured it out?
Do you have an example on what you struggle with?
Hello, your promotional code not working?
Hi Jason, for what product you trying to use it?!
This process would have been so much easier if Luminar had an edge-aware (auto-mask) brush, just like the iine in Lightroom. But for some reason, Skylum will simply not provide it. Anyway, thanks for the tutorial.
You are spot on Behram... that would make our life so much easier. Let's hope that it's in making and we can see it in one of the future updates.
