I totally agree. The co-host is a distraction, even worse on this episode where she interrupted the guest, she definitely doesn’t listen like madam Speaker. No offense, we love her as a guest just like everyone else. Not as a co-host. Infact this podcast does not need a co-host.
Both men and women please let's normalise walking away when the marriage or relationship is not serving you right anymore. My brother developed abo ma diabetes due to immense stress in his relationship n we subsequently lost him. Walk away and safe your lives tlhe
Some doctors are not just god sent . They take their profession seriously ... i thank my psychologist back in 2017 who talked me into admitting myself to a mental hospital. Hardest time in my life. A few years later i still struggle with Major Depressive Disorder . Its hard but u learn to live .

I am not married but I just want to know how do you forgive cheating and move on with the person when he's shown that he does not respect his body and put your health at risk of death. Why do women normalize cheating of men when it hurts us. I do n't really understand, how you continue living with a man who has chosen another woman over you and you as woman has some nerves to MAKE him dump another woman he has latter CHOSEN. Guys😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 your reputation and dignity is turnished by this man and you are afraid to move out to protect your dignity, because you do not wanna be called a failure. Ngiyehluleka to understand😢

She gets overly excited and does not have timing. Criticism is needed to help people improve, this platform deal with sensitive issues and as such it needs a mindful person.

As a therapist, i once told a client at the workplace to leave the marriage. This was after this person would report horror stories of the hubby was abusing her mentally physically, financially etc. When she came again to report one of those horror stories, i told her, i no longer want to deal with her because i had no more options for her, and she kept on saying God doesn't like divorce. I told her nobody gets married to be divorced.
