A constitution is an aggregate of fundamental principles or established precedents that constitute the legal basis of a polity, organisation or other type of entity and commonly determine how that entity is to be governed.[1]

Constitutions concern different levels of organizations, from sovereign countries to companies and unincorporated associations. A treaty which establishes an international organization is also its constitution, in that it would define how that organization is constituted. Within states, a constitution defines the principles upon which the state is based, the procedure in which laws are made and by whom. Some constitutions, especially codified constitutions, also act as limiters of state power, by establishing lines which a state's rulers cannot cross, such as fundamental rights.

అయ్యో రామ! 3 Yr.LL.B కోర్స్ అందని ద్రాక్ష గా మార్చారు. ప్రతి గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ లా చదవాలని నేనంటాను. కానీ రూల్స్ మార్చేశారు. 3 Yr.LL.B Regular College లోనే చదవాలి. Evening Law Colleges ఎత్తివేశారు. ఉద్యోగస్తులకు అవకాశం లేదు. Privateగా కానీ, Correspondence కోర్సు ద్వారాగాని, Open university ద్వారా గానీ Graduation కోర్స్ చదివిన వారు 3 Yr.LL.B చదువుకు అనర్హులు. 2012 నుండి ఈ నిషేదాజ్ఞలు అమలులో వున్నాయి. ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష తర్వాత, పగటి Collegeలో regularగా 3 Yr.LL.B చదివిన వారైనా న్యాయవాద వృత్తి లో ప్రవేశించాలంటే, ప్రత్యేక ప్రవేశ పరీక్షలో ఉత్తీర్ణులు కావలసిందే. Law అందరికీ అందుబాటులో వుండరాదట. 2012కు ముందు నా ఉద్యోగానికి నియమం కాకపోయినప్పటికీ, నేను Evening Collegeలో 3 yr.BLచేయడంవల్ల, నా ఉద్యోగ నిర్వహణలో ఎంతో ఉపయోగం, అవగాహన మరియు నైపుణ్యం పొందగలిగాను. విద్యపట్ల ఇంగిత జ్ఞానం లేని వారి అధీనంలో Legal Education చట్టం వుందా? ఈ అధికారం BCI వారి నుండి తీసి వేసి UGC వారికి మార్చాలి. Ageతో నిమిత్తం లేకుండా అన్ని కేటగిరీల గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ లకు Law course చదివే అవకాశాన్ని కల్పించాలి. Evening Law Colleges ని పునరుద్ధరించాలి. Courtsలో Jr.Asst., మరియు Constable postలు మొదలుకొని అందరికీ Law degree నియమం పెట్టాలి. Court ఉద్యోగులు Evening Collegesలో Law చదవడానికి అనూమతించాలి. ప్రతి Degree Collegeలో Law course ప్రవేశ పెట్టాలి. Law course కేవలం న్యాయ వాద వృత్తి కోసమే కాదన్న జ్ఞానం ప్రభుత్వం గుర్తించాలి.
