I always have to remind myself that it's ok if I don't find the time to play or finish a certain game. For me it's important that it doesn't feel like a list of chores but rather a loose reminder on what I could play next when I'm looking for something "new". But you have quite an impressive stack there especially since the backlogs of many people are fully digital, these days.
Appreciate you taking the time to make this video. Have always loved your gaming videos as they are asmr heaven to me. This video right here will help me fall asleep for months. Thanks so much! Goes straight into my favourites.
Sorry to hear about you being depressed. What can help me when I'm depressed is nostalgia, like looking at old photos of places where I grew up, old TV adverts, and heartwarming old comedies that I remember from long ago.
@@RPKGameVidsyeah I been playing Counter Strike Source the old one released in 2004. I used to play it years ago. It's still active which is good and also a great game back when game developers made great games as many new games now especially cod is literally recycled garage shame but at least the old games are still active :). If you have PC games you should do a collection video
That backlog might be even bigger than mine lol My backlog is almost all PS1 and PS2 games, I'm slowly working my way through them but i'm finding a lot of the games either boring or just average. I hate having such a big backlog because i always end struggling to pick a game to play and end up playing something i have completed before or something i am familiar with Really enjoyed this video mate, Would definitely be interested to hear how you get on tackling the backlog
Thanks footloose. I may make some update videos on how I'm getting on with tackling the backlog. I always struggled with what to pick to play in the backlog and would just end up playing something I'm already familiar with too, which means the backlog got rarely touched, this seems to be a common problem for people with backlogs. Also what puts me off is knowing I'll have to read the manual first to know how to play the game, which I feel like I can't be bothered with doing. Now I'm really trying to get through it as I'm sick of those giant stacks just sitting there cluttering up the room along with other stuff in there. So I'll just pick whatever is first game on the pile and play it. Sometimes I can play a game from my backlog that I've had for a few years, and end up really liking it and thinking wow I should've started playing this years ago, I've been missing out. Remembering this motivates me to try a game from my backlog rather than one I'm already familiar with.
It is, I remember playing it back on release on the Dreamcast. I remember it being a bit of a chore to control at the time so I can only imagine how much worse it would feel to play now.
That's quite a backlog you got there mate! Personally I only put a game on my backlog if I plan on playing It alot in the near future. Plenty of games I own I've never even played, but I don't have them on my list. Do you ever plan on getting a PS4?
What makes a game a part of your backlog? And how big is your backlog?
