love this colorway! i still think the grey/white colorway in the first drop are the best, but these are second to me. the green/white would be third. New Balance is really coming up with the ALD, Salehe Bembury and Joe Freshgoods collabs

IMO this year's two CW's are the best two CW's. The green and yellow pair brig 1 and the navy and red pair being 2. Not sure why they are getting less love especially with them both being so summer ready.
Hit on this colorway via ALD raffle as well. Such a nice shoe! And I agree I literally want almost every color. Just picked up the Navy/gold. Dope review!!

I work at a sneakerstore and got to try out the 550s on for myself before we put them on shelf. My size has always been EU44/US10 but in these I had to drop down half a size to EU43/ US9 and my workmate had to drop down too. I definetely suggest to go and try on the gr pairs on feet because the sizing might suprise you.

If you know you have narrow feet, then you can go half a size down. Usually with any other shoe, I am a size EU 46, but I could go down to EU 45,5. Actually I believe not going down half a size would be too big.

I wear size 8.5 in Jordan’s (size 9 in Yeezy 350) and have these in size 8.5.... still with slight heel drag with thin socks (laced up to highest shoe lace hole).

In terms of sizing I hit on the limited pair in my usual size 11 but sold them. I got this pair in a 10.5 and they are more snug but the leather is soft enough that even before breaking in it's not really an issue. And I'm I wide footer. Not crazy wide but wide enough to go up a half size in most Yeezys and air max models

@@icedghoul4756 I'ma wide footer, only semi, not elephant status 🤣. I got the yellow and green pair in an 11 and they fit me fine. I didn't get the kind of heel slippage that some people report but after wearing them a few times and breaking them in I could see how that could happen. But to fix that issue you could easily buy a pair of heel grips from your local pharmacy store or grocery store and be good. I tried a half size down on this colorway and they fit snug but not painfully tight. I wouldn't even say I need to break them in. But I got the half size down because SeanGo typically has the exact same sizing approach to shoes that I do so in listening to him he went a half size down and he said they fit fine. He's aso a semi-wide footer. For me, I don't like creasing, especially on a shoe like this. So usually the better fitting a shoe the less creasing you get which is why I also go a half size down in air force 1s. I would say get your air force 1 size in these and expect the toe box to be a little bitore snug than that. However you can go with your true to size and if heel slippage is a concern you can buy those grips I was taking about and you'll be good. That's playing it safe, true to size and heel grips. Good thing is, these are maintaining their value well. When I bought this colorway in a half size down I was pretty confident that if it didn't work out and I was careful with my try on I could resell them and get all if not most of my money back if it didn't work out. I know that was alot but wanted to do my best to answer your question because I know how frustrating sizing confusion can be especially when getting shoes at resell prices
@@icedghoul4756 also, my NB sizing is all over the place two. Some models I can wear a full size up other models I can go a half size down. In 997s I can go tts but they are too snug and the shape changes. I have had a few pair that this didn't happen with (they were made in England pairs rather than made in US so 🤷🏿♂️). i usually go a half to a full size up in NB 997s if that helps.
