I bought Romans 543 today to use with your decopage paper. I've applied it but i can't find info on any of your videos saying about how long to wait before i can add paint to blend the edges. HELP!

You should put the dark wax over the clear wax, at least that what I do.

You want it to be good and dry, I usually wait 24 hours
