Hi mr.boosan. i am a NRI now. I am investing in indian stock market through my india saving account for investing in stock and mutual funds. So what should i do now ? Can i change my same account to NRO ? or what else pls advise. Will be appreciated thanks. I am transferring fund from my NRI account to saving account. Then i am investing FYI

Hi brother.. Please make clarification about NRI intraday trading.. As per rules buy today sell tomorrow(BTST) is not alllowed for NRI. If i want to buy a stock and hold it for short time but my stop loss has got hit on the same day what will happen next? Pls clarify about this scenario.thank you
Hi Bro, useful video OCI card holder staying in India and working in other country , Should they declare the earning In India from the other country??? Thanks
Great question. Yes. Even though it’s tax free you will have to declare in your home country and pay taxes. 😢 this is especially hard if India has double taxation treaty because they share data with each other it has started to show in my Australian tax details that I have foreign income so that is taxed as well. Same for US I believe. Correct me if I am wrong
I get profit Equity short time around 1.30 Lakh but My CA told me I need pay tax for 15% for short time capital gain tax. Because NRI not applicable for any tax exemption for equity.. its correct?
Hii Boosan Bro, This video very helpful, I have one doubt, I'm transfer money from my NRE account to my parents or spouse for my family maintenance. That money considering their income or not. Or any limit for family transfer. Please clarify....

Hi Boosan..Amazing and very needed videos..Thank you so much..I have two questions. I am a NRI for short term (1.5 Yrs) 1. I have switched 13L from MF Regular plan to Direct plan. Is this switching amount taxable? 2. I am transfering Money from my NRE AC to my another Saving bank AC and investing in my ongoing MF SIP & Lumpsum. Is this illegal? YOUR ADVISE IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED🙏
1. Switching is treated as a redemption from the regular scheme and a new investment in the direct scheme for tax purposes. Redeeming units from a regular mutual fund scheme incurs capital gains tax. 2. NRIs aren't allowed to keep their savings account; it must be converted into an NRO account to be legally compliant.
Thank you so much bro ❤️🙏 , for the clarification Kindly🙏 make more videos about NRI And please make an NRI penalties if not follow rules like not changing saving acc, NRO demat account etc...
