I want to add reason/experience why I really like Blender over Maya bcz...

Conclusion: I used blender for making game asset for my personal projects bcz I can't afford Maya.

I used Blender for 4 years, then switched to Maya, Zbrush and Substance
I can say, things blender have better are "Rendering" and "Community"
and Maya, Zbrush, Substance are better in other stuff

One correction maya is not 1.40k its 80k yearly with a right vendor. Secondly maya vs blender its preferences as earlier it use to be maya vs 3ds max and its vs blender. User need to see where they are getting their output in less time. AS IN INDUSTRY TIME IS MONEY 💰.

Blender always.... Seriously the features and the community that blender has is the best... And its actually not like since the artist use maya the companies are using maya.. Its opposite... Since maya was used before... The companies are not transitioning... So the artists are like has to use maya...

@@Aye_Sid Koi jaroori nahi hai. In India, mostly smaller studios hain jo Maya afford nahi kr skti to they use blender. Tbh it really doesn't matter at all. Your skills and knowledge about 3D in general matters. Software is just a tool.
