It is hard to work with people like that, because you can never know if you can change this act of theirs. Judges did not turn around because of that. If one of them turned and got her in their team it was possible that she would have not overcome this habit and failed to sing other songs with high notes.

Well, it's probably an unpopular opinion, but she had some issues with the tone. She has a good voice indeed, but it weren't enough, and I agree with the judges.
Watch Harriet Whitehead's audition from season 1 and tell me Jessie can make good decisions! She was by far one of the best voices I've heard on this show and NO ONE turned!

She didn't sing the song well but has a nice voice. You should check out the voice kids Netherlands and the voice kids Germany. They have great auditions for this song

This pattern of thought makes it considerably unfair for contestants in the later episodes of auditions, and has resulted in Mia not gaining a deserved place.
Squid Bath I was just about to say, they acting like the standard is high, but from what I've seen so far it's nothing special really..So they might aswell just stop playing and turn! This girl was definitely worth it.

The snarl in Mia's voice seemed affected to me rather than natural, but I may be doing her a disservice there. Having said that, despite one or two nervy moments and some breathlessness, I thought she showed off what turned out to be a very good voice. I really think if she had been on episode 1 she would have got through. This is where I do wonder about the difficult scheduling decisions the production team must have to make. Inevitably, some great singers are just not going to make it through, and I think that's what we saw with Mia. A real shame.

I guess I would prefer if they just rolled the random generator. Everything else will have to involve some kind of bias, I imagine. I mean, it's not feasible that they know how many episodes they have and that they turn often enough to get their teams filled. This smells fishy to me, I must admit.

I can't believe no one turned for her. The thing is, she is a better singer than half the people who got through to the battles and the knockouts. She's outstanding. I really hope she comes back next year and proves them wrong
