I got 4 premolars extracted and I can see my lower jaws becoming slimmer and I don't know whether its temporary or permanent.. the gaps are not even half filled and there is slightly change in my facial profile.. I don't want to ruin my face just to get my teeth perfectly aligned..
Dear Doctor, can central incisor move to lateral position? My "incompetent" doctor in 1997 extract my right lateral and canine because of crowded in one position. Now I use bridge for lateral and premolar crown as a canine. But since I have odd number of my upper teeth, can the movement start from left premolar, so the missing lateral teeth can closed by central incisor? My doctor also extract my 2 bottom lateral incisor because of crowded teeth. I also feel my bite is not properly alignment, my teeth not touch each other naturally while I close my mouth or while I'm sleeping. I regretted met that incompetent doctor. I'm so depressed with my teeth now. I would really appriciate your answer. Thank you Doctor.
Thanks for all the informative stuff! I have a question which is very important for me: I never had braces, my teeth are relatively straight but my palete is relatively narrow... My dentist convinced me of getting my whisdom teeth removed for prevention 6 month ago. Now i learned about all the nagtive consequences of extracting teeth, i am very depressed since weeks. My smile is pretty narrow,i really want to have a healthy facial development and a brought smile....now i know that a palete expander would have been the way to go...Is it still possible to expand my dental arch and palete and move it forward? Is it even possible to expand it now?After my second molar is going to be excessive space... is it even possible to maintain this space or is the bonemass going to reduce?what should i do? Paletal expansion+ implants? Im 19 years old

I have a very complex case the doctor slandered my teeth from the front and sides a couple of time I had lingual braces and my treatment went downhill since the braces were so complicated and the doctor didn’t know what to do so then I had to stop treatment now I have a very narrow arch and I have extreme less tongue space from forward and sides what are options for me to have more wider arch and have more tongue space. @@GarvAhuja-tz4qu the problem is that I have a small underbite it's so close to my upper teeth actualy they barely touch, and I also visited 3 orthodontists and the last is the most known in my country so he suggested two extraction with braces.
