Fun fact: sakurai was going to have Bayonetta have a magic meter and bats within slowdown the enemy like In her games, but later decided not too. It was given to mythra instead as her foresight mechanic . I also think she inspired the team to see what was possible to add into the game like magic meters, entering a higher power level (sephiroths winged form compared to bayonetta’s serious mode), having a demon fight next to you (jokers arsene vs Bayonetta summoning demons) shooting while moving and attacking (jokers air gun moves) and of course slowing opponents after a dodge. Hopefully she gets more elements of her combat added to smash in the next game
Where do you saw that?. Anyway it would be cool if bayo had her magic gauge as mechanic, where it consists in 5 notches and each one fills when doing a certain amount of damage but losing gauge by receiving the same amount. The gauge would allo to replace bayo's throw with torture atacks that do more damage and knockback. That's my idea

Torture attacks would be really cool, maybe they insta kill if the opponents shield breaks and theyre over a certain percent. I think her wicked weave finishers should also be added back into her moves in her more powerful state, like her neutral jab would include her wicked weave punch when she’s in that state or her forward air finishes with her wicked stomp like in her games but this might be too op
@@Averdein Yeah i first ultimate before bayo, so when i played it, i noticed how many that many of her moves don't have the finishers from her game, like the descending kick of f tilt or the jab finisher. It would be interesting if aerials bulllet arts gave her momentum in the air like how it does in her games, it would justify more the lag
I think she already has *enough* "elements" at her disposal as it is ! How about they work more on Mario ? Or Luigi ? Or DK ? Or Jigglypuff ? Or Ganondorf ? Or any other character that actually desperatly NEEDS some serious improvement to their assets based on their games ?!

She must have actually must have been somewhat liked in that game, because there are hardly any online in Ultimate.
She’s still extremely annoying to deal with in ultimate at higher ranks. Still has her combos, broken dodge mechanic, and witch time too.
