My family recently bought honda amaze manual. Its has really smooth engine its good engine n good safety great looks with alloys!
Like navneet ji mentioned,there is a significant noise in the car,outside the environment n the tyres.have you noticed this while driving?
I do notice it in Brio at speeds above 60kmph,it's much less in the city ,but for a keen observer,I for one agree with navneet ji,tyre n outside noise is audible,but hey music lagaao aur bindaas sabh bhool jao 😂

Brother, Honda Amaze is an underrated Car. Yes it is a family car with a mixture of goodies,and good for a long holiday trip.
When we get the next generation or facelift Amaze.
Honda theory Man Maximum Machine minimum is fit with Amaze due its space management under 4meter.
I drove this car and only issue faced it its ground clearance.

Honda Amaze has better safety rating compared to similar cars.
It's got premium looks good paint appearance , refined and reliable engine , good mileage , spacious.
VFM car it's automatic CVT is around 10 lakh rupees.

Meri honda amaze 2018 model September ki he mene usko secondhand purchase kiya tha 60k chli hui ab 1lac 9k km chli he cng pe mene 1 saal me 49k km cng pe chlaya he usko aur chla raha hu gaadi me no problem no issues simple service krwata hu 10k km pe aur bhut pyari gaadi he cng pe isse acha mileage koi aur gaadi ka nhi lgta ek cylinder me isko 260 se 290 on ac highway pe chla leta hu permanent mileage he iska ye aur local me on ac 200 se 225 tak chla leta hu 200 km se kam me aaj tak gas fill nhi krwaya kisi ko cng pe chlani ho to befiker hoke cng lgwa le

Since I have been driving Honda City 2010 n brio 2018, both cvt,I'll give you the Honda aspect ,the cvt is the reason we bought them,90% of our commute is in the city traffic.brio accommodates 4 passengers,including the driver and city can accomodate a child ,may be an adult but that might not be ideal.similarly for amaze you probably need to adjust with 4+1 adult,the back row long ride might get uncomfortable if you plan to go for beyond 2 hour commute.
Now compared to nios,the advantages of amaze the boot space,however if you are going to commute to daily office,nios being a compact car will be ideal ,particularly from parking and narrow space management.
But if I were you,😊,I'd just be sold out for the cvt amaze offers n the boot space ❤.

This is best car, this is allrounder fanily car and its appearance is corporate car for gentle men. We have this car. We runs it with 5 people From Punjab to delhi, From Punjab to Rajasthan and everyday use for home to office 100 km per day. Average is very good. Very good leg space, boot space. Very good engine and no problem found anywhere till now. Its appearance is bigger on road at this price point. I want to buy one more car for my personal use. I want to buy indian car so searching best car in tata and mahindra. I am not getting 4 cylinder reliable engine. i am not able to find better car than this car under 10 lacks. So i am thinking to buy this car or if i am able to extend my budget for honda city then i can go for it.

Suggestion: City aur highway drive ke baad mein, Hills ki rating bhi diya karo, kya iska CVT hills pe acha experience dega? Kyunki CVT low rpm pe acha response deta hai

we have driven to uttrakhand and himachal many times in city 2010 cvt, the only thing I personally found missing was the hill hold feature that's needed.performance wise no issues,same relaxed easy comfortable drive experience

City 2010, I ran into the bottom touching speed breakers occasionally,on inspection,it was time to change the suspension, @40000 kms ,post that it's back to normal
Just some concerns below and want to know opinions from someone using this for a long
1. Maintenance - compared to Hyundai and Suzuki
2. Rust issues - Hearing a lot as common problem with Honda sedans
3. Resale - difficult to get good resale value, since Honda reduced portfolio in the country. Only sells amaze, city and elevate. Can be next Ford.
With no fancy features like others, with great engine, reliability, and 4 star safety African ncap, this would be perfect choice for a first time buyer like me. But above points are concern.
I am using 2 Honda Cars, one of the most reliable cars with good service network. The iVtec Engine is a gem.
2010 city cvt n 2018 Brio cvt, city has been driven mostly for outstation trips,total kms done isn't more than 50,000.the Brio on the other hand,been used for office n daily commute, for 60,000 kms as of date.
The maintenance is something I follow up myself with both cars ,the regular oil n filter changes is something you could oversee n do it yourself periodically at every 9000 km,for so say an expense of rs3000.compared to a company bill which will then shoot to 5-6000 every 10,000 kms.
Additionally,at 40,000 kms you should revisit shocks n suspensions,chances are you might want to replace them ,so that roughly 8-10000.
Rust- yes is an issue with all cars,I wash n maintain it myself every 2-3 days,so when I see any signs,it's time to get the paint job tools n do it yourself or visit the local dependable person.tip- make sure your do a weekly check up even if not cleaning the car yourself,the earlier you fix any rust related issue,the better.
Resale- we would love to keep the cars till 20+ years coz the engine n ride comfort us so good 👍,so I'm sure some one else can answer.this,I checked with my mechanic,city 2010 is going at 1.2lkhs,but I showed him my palm n said I'll keep it 😂,suck a brilliant car.
Conclusion,Honda for engine,cvt,ride quality,n a 15 year no nonsense ownership.just treat it with love and it will give it ten folds back to you.
Also milage ,honda city 11-13 in city traffic,15 -16 on highways.
brio is city specific,14-16 km/l
