And as for not funny...well. It was a reference to a Stephen King novel from the 80s. It's way funnier, if you're German, admittedly. Because for us, the title was translates to 'Friedhof der Kuscheltiere' (Cemetery for stuffed animals). Why, I don't know, since the book is about a burial ground for dead pets (not stuffed animals) and the supernatural things going on there. Probably just sounded better to the marketing devision.
So yeah. Maybe the joke actually wouldn't come across in English. My apologies 😅.

My psychologist even saw that, and made sure my plushies aren't damaged by anyone, even though my parents threatened to burn them all after stuffing them in the atic a few years back. They're especially important to me after both my dogs died within a month of my birthday :(

To be clear,it was my first boyfriend,my first kiss and a lot of things. I didn't have any boyfriend's or anything like that..but when I got my first job,work got fun.it.was the day I met this guy and I met his friend and family when we began dating.so.it felt like I had a whole nother family and friends group,which I did.it wasn't just people who hung around me because they hung around with my oldest sister,or my other older sister. These were actually people who liked me for me. So I may have became a bit too attached at first and when my bf say it, yes it did concern it. It wasn't a whole wall either. It was one of those little hanging college quark boards with a few papers with I love Don written on it with hearts. It's something I got the idea from my eldest sister who was the mother of a newborn then,she would write the dad's name in her notebook thinking up names for the baby. She combined hers and his to get their daughters name. Hers Amanda,his Brian so they got Brianna. Cute. I had a boy years later so he was the 3rd. Anyway, that v card when you loose it by your own consent,man oh man those emotions really pull on you.
