I like the ESR brand overall. Good prices, better magnet strength and they have a clear model. Im sure its not the best drop protection but good for the price
What I wonder about the Nillkin Camshield case is whether if anything gritty got in there would sliding the lens cover scratch the lenses?

I just want something like a MagSafe pad? To the phone usable on the desk. Do you know any accessory that does this?
I use LoopyCases for over 5 years, I’m on the 3rd as I upgraded my iPhones. Once I tried to change and it felt like they cut one of my arms off. When it comes to fully functional one hand operation, nothing comes close that I tried. Lately I added a Spigen adhesive kickstand and it’s a great combination. It blocks MagSafe but it’s so great I’m willing to compromise.
what is your opinion on the Mous cases? ive had one for my iPhone XR since the release in 2018 and it still holds on really well and hasn't damaged my phone (even through some very rough conditions)

My favorite iPhone 14 Pro case is the Ringke black camo case. I like the see through design and feel of ridges and buttons. I added a MagSafe sticker to the back so it is the perfect case.
What about Caudabe and Mous? These are my favorite ones personally.
I have a Mous on my XS Max (which is soon to be upgraded to the 14 pro max). Been really happy with the case overall but one day after a couple years of ownership, when I was thinking of trading my phone in (when it still had any value) I took the case off to find the back glass on my phone was shattered (put it back on quick and it has been there since. So yes, the front is still pristine after all these years (don't even use a screen protector and not a scratch), but glad I found out my phone was no longer waterproof lol.
I may get the clear Moft so I can enjoy the purple color of the phone... and see if the back gets damaged from a drop this time around.
@@Rob801 I take my case of periodically to check and also prevent dust from getting in and scratching it.
If you drop your phone a lot, even a case can only help so much. With every drop the glass gets weaker until it breaks.
What about nomands folio for 14 pro?
I have been using everything apple pro’s phone rebel gen 3 case for a few months and I don’t know if I could go back to anything else. The protection feels near top notch but also being light and thin.
Best design out there, IMO. The Gen 4 is even better

Lol not worth it anymore
Frameless cases are my favorite. Still get the protection to the corners and back but doest add bulk to the sides of the phone. Had many drops with these on and never had any cracks or dings.

With that said, have you done a comparison with cases that have a full cover lens section to see if there any quality of the image lost due to the lens protection?
If it is an Apple case, please on it on to another person as I have the Samsung S22 Ultra.

Which is Max’s daily driver? The Nillkin isn’t MagSafe compatible is it?
I got the Spigen Mag Armor and have been pretty pleased with it. It’s slim while still offering good protection and grip. Also not to $$$ either.

Does using a non-original Apple MagSafe case affect the charging of the iPhone and cause damage?
The camera bump kickstand is genius and should've happened long ago. I would appreciate a kickstand but have always hated cases that have one built in.
I have the ESR case with the kickstand camera bump. The magnet is great and I love the kickstand feature!

I’m using a clear Spigen case on my 14 Pro and it fell on gravel and made a few scratches on my camera lenses so I’m probably get that case with camera cover

I am waiting for my Pitaka MagEX Case Pro 3 to arrive.
I got the MOFT case in white and it yellowed in like 2weeks they sent a replacement with their “new formula “ yellowed again sent a black was told it won’t yellow the clear part yellowed . They ended up refunding me 3 months after I bought it cause their Amit-yellowing case was yellowing.
Best clear phone case doesn’t get enough attention. Mkeke for iPhone 14 pro clear. Looks great slim and doesn’t add to much to the phone. While the raised lips and air bag corners are a really good protection. It is a great case it very cheap imo and that’s why it doesn’t get the notice it should but it is easily better than half of the $30+ cases with the look the feel and the protection it gives the phone. 100% best clear phone case on the market!!!! Stay safe all.
I use with my iPhone 14 Pro, Peak Desing everyday case and think it’s the perfect case. It’s compatible with magsafe and have hard lock with bicycle. The wallet is also good and can hold 7 cards. The wallet also works as a stand.
I recommend.
The Peak Design case is really great if you’re using the other locking accessories. I returned it and went with the Caudabe Sheath case, but the PD wallet case/stand is one of the best iPhone accessories out there! Every angle is so firm.

I like Spiegen. They have cases for my Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad.
I used Pitaka cases a few iPhones ago. Not as strong as I hoped. I dropped the phone and one of the corners on the literally shattered which also did a number on my phone.

I don't like cases personally so I just get the Apple care. If I do wear a case its when im at the gym and I always choose the Apple leather cases. They just have great feel to them.
Caudabe Sheath case missing from this list. So thin. So grippy. MagSafe so strong. I went through 4 cases (some on this list) before finally landing on the Caudabe. 🎉

I hope you know that every time a company advertises their product as “Genuine Leather” they pretty much mean is a cheap as it comes. There are generally considered four types of leather quality grades, listed from best to worst: full grain leather, top grain leather, genuine leather, and bonded leather.

I’m always paranoid about dropping my very expensive phone, and just the other day with pro max and fitted fruity brand Silicon case i fumbled the phone and it hit the floor in the kitchen which fortunately is vinyl ( but it still made a hell of a bang) .
I was not impressed that it landed in an orientation slightly face down on one corner and it pushed the case off and corner of the phone hit the floor …….. a 2000 buck phone in my neck of the woods , not happy jan .
I might add , it took a chunk of silicon off the corner of the case edge , i will definitely be picking something more robust in the cases when my new phone lands.

Is there zero concern for wobble on the table from just raising one corner to protect the lenses? They could easily put a bump the same height in the other 3 corners to solve this. Or at least the corner opposite the lenses so there is a slight tilt up, but no wobble.

Thanks for showcasing it, it's really boring as a woman to look at all these military/carbonfiber/manlyman blahblah cases all over the place and very rarely seeing the practical cases made for women. When I wear skirts I don't have any pockets so a strappy case with some extra zipped up compartment is perfect!
Nice review! but why cant any of the big high quality case companies come up with some new ideas to protect the actual lenses with some sliding function or a cap you can pop on or off. Only a few of the cheaper case companies have tried so far, as in your review. We need to protect the lenses as well.

Bro the iPhone 14 has been dropped on many channels. Even down a whole flight of staircases and very minimal damage. You don't need a case because what apple has done to strengthen the ceramic shield.
