Thats a huge hole in the bottom of that bulkhead.. are you finding more dust, dirt and sand getting into that case being that nothing actually seals the bulkhead to the chassis? Great video by the way..
Great content as usual Joe. The only thing I would do differently is ditch the intro/teaser running clips as the beginning of your vids. Just let those awesome highlights come naturally. I noticed that KT doesn’t use them, and I recon its one of those format things that might actually really make a difference. In the meantime, I’ll continue to try and close my eyes or look away until those clips end and you show up on the screen.
Hey Joe! The Traxxas bulkhead, also the Vitavon bulkhead, are not sealed to the button plate... Is that a problem if you bash the sledge VERY HARD (dust/water comes in? 🤔) I've seen sand in the plastic bulkhead... I'm not the "mighty RC expert"... BUT: Is that " the Red or the Grey gear box sand"?😙 😎
I had problems with my motor moving so I got the mount. I bash about like u. I have fun but don’t try to destroy, I lawn darted twice trying to front flip & bent my chassis up
Love the videos. Question for you, I have the max8 gen 1 that I purchased back in January still in the box. I can exchange it for store credit, is it worth swapping for the generation 2?

It’s all a process to build it. I haven’t had issues with the motor mount or the chassis. I think k next will be knuckles hubs and gears.

I doubt they’ll take it back with the gen2 but the g1 is fine. The gen2 is pretty awesome though.
