I’ve built a couple solar generators and it is always an adventure laying it out. Great video.

it should help with the insulation on the batteries but id use more insulation on colder days. looks good over all keep it up.

@@lazytimez20 Thanks! I will definitely be doing some research on lithium batteries and cold temps. Probably run my thermo wire in between the batteries to monitor temps 👍

    Nice cart, I like it.
Get a pet warmer pad and place it at the bottom under your batteries. Those LiTime batteries won't charge under 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Also, be cautioned about the summer heat. My charge controller quit working due to high temps in my shed. Insulate that cart as good as you can.

Nice DIY solar cart. I like that it's portable. Greetings from Jamaica.

@@lawrencedavidson6195 thank you! Will be nice if I decide to get rid of the trailer or need power somewhere else on the property!

Maybe should have added some window screen onto the top before addeing the metal roof. Because I see you built a nice home for bees and wasp to take up residency in. At least it would be here in my area. Other bugs as weather gets cool and look for a warm place to hang out.
I also added a temperature control seed starting mat under my batteries to add some heat as a back up if weather gets to cold for them.

@@zaks4434 I could probably still add some of if I need too. Haven’t really seen many bees or wasps out here so I might be alright. Seed starting mat is a good idea
