As a school counselor, I thank you for this podcast. I have had the best and the worst in administrators. I agree that counselors should not be apart of the specials rotation. My first experience with being in elementary I was part of the specials rotation at a large elementary school. We had 1200 kids. I taught 27 classes twice a month. It was exhausting 😅😂now I have middle school.
