I watched this the other day, now when this intro starts I keep seeing these dancers 'strutting their stuff' still they do not spoil the enjoyment that this group bring with their superb music.
The suits of Frida and Agnetha - my were they on FIRE to deliver. FunFact in the 70s Revue Shows were fading with their seriousness of Group Choreography. And yes the Dancers were super professional. Second song when they perform the Tiger … I’m all in Aw ABBA go go go go Love you 🥰 ❤

With Frida's background in jaz dance she looked like she was really getting in to the dancers. Agnetha had some pretty good moves with her partner too.
They are miming because Abba songs require a huge back up band and sometimes a supporting orchestra, and it is not economical to take all this to Japan for one TV show. It is improbable local musicians could have substituted in those days.
Frida was *always* hotter and as far as I'm concerned in a different class. Better mover and dancer, better performer, better looking, equally good legs and rear end..... and oh so damn sexy!
OK, we all know about lip synching. But some of these guys are NOT playing their instruments. And Bjorn is acting like he is playing like a mad man, but it doesn't match at all what is in the piece.
