Ahhh yes very nice review of my local airline that I always fly during Hari Raya though this year that’d be AirAsia but because the airport is so close to my home, we take if often.
I was in Penang airport last night to do some plane spotting and I spotted the exact same plane (9M-FYC) heading back to Subang airport at around 9pm haha. Wonderful plane and wonderful review!
Hello. Your new subscriber. 😄 A note though, the reason why FY flights from SZB is expensive compared to KUL is due to its designation as a city airport. The close proximity to city centre makes it a premium for passengers to fly from SZB. While to KUL you need to spend an hour by bus or an expensive airport link ride, to SZB is very cheap.
One of my favorite flights and I like Subang airport because it's close to my resident. Last flight December I boarded with my nephew's and nieces on a trip to Penang, plus not to forget their jajan peanut and famous amos cookie, overall very satisfied...🤗🥰
Nice trip report. I was surprised that a low cost carrier provided complimentary on board service- you don't get that in Europe! Looks like an efficient operation but sadly it looks like Firefly have adopted the low cost airline mantra of levying extra charges for things like middle names on tickets. Thanks for posting this video.
To be honest, I expirenced going in the aircraft without jetbridge, it was so loud and it hurt my ears, i didn't like it and it scare me because i was still young
They should have spallowed another company to take over subang instead of allowing mahb to manage it. Currently its a monopoly. And train service ftom subang to kl sentral has been cancelled. Nobody uses it.
Thanks for sharing! Been a long time since I've sat in an ATR aircraft. Yes, its very important to include your full name when booking tickets, I had a similar experience with Malaysia Airlines last year due to my middle name not being included when I purchased their Journify pass. After hours of arguing with them on the phone, they finally waived my name change fee😅

That does make sense, just like London City Airport.
Be informed that Firefly is not a low cost carrier. It is a premium flight, subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines
Well, not saying Wikipedia is always correct, but the first line of Firefly’s Wikipedia literally says: “Firefly is a low-cost carrier…”

I did like the cookies

Funnily enough I took 2 flights with Malaysia Airlines and luckily they didn’t care about the missing middle name.
@@freddiesflightreviews it's sometimes a hit or miss with Malaysia Airlines 😅
Should definitely try their 737 from Penang, heard nice things about it
Thanks for watching, If I find myself in Malaysia again I definitely will try their 737
On par with Scoot I say
Not delayed like Scoot at least!
Better than Scoot lmao. Scoot and Airasia have been a joke after the pandemic with cancellations and delays.
Can you fly berjaya Air to review it?
Sorry, I won’t be in South East Asia for at least a year
@@freddiesflightreviews oh okay, at least you fly something in Malaysia and thank you.
