Why does the military always transport ridiculously dangerous beings, animals, aliens, etc, on packed roads in the middle of storms or other dangerous natural phenomena 😂

I understand, subtitles aren't for everyone. But you are missing out on a lot of good shows. The only reason I still have Netflix are the Korean movies and series.
So after "snakes on a plane" we get "dogs on a bridge"? Okay...
I don't want to sh*t on the movie and the work that went into it and maybe it's just me but this seems like another over-stimulating (as in the negative kind, sensory-overloading, CGI masking) action-horror hybrid with a bit of a predictable but also odd plot (killer dogs no immediate response can stop? Ok then...).
It feels to me that movies, despite better tech and options to show more and save more because you don't need over-complicated practical effects anymore, becoming dull somehow. But hell, that isn't to say the movie wouldn't be somewhat entertaining.
