Dude I love this channel; wholesome, entertaining and educational without being cheesy. Plus brings back all the nostalgia (gaming wise and hunting for games/cards at flea markets). Even made me some money once I realized the prices of some of my old Dreamcast games. Keep it up brother

Hey Rick totally get why your videos focus on your store. You have to advertise. And I presume also still work at the church? So time is limited because also #familyman. But any plans to go back to your roots? People were drawn into your channel for the $10 game collection. Supporting you in growing your own collection and seeing it. It’s maybe more down to earth as well than seeing constant trips and massive collection purchases and store updates. Everyone has to grow my man but don’t forget your roots and what got people here.

These channels are ruining the retro collection community. They go around to tables that have great prices, shove a camera in the face of the owner and ask for a better deal knowing that 100k people are going to watch the video and hopefully they get a shout or future customers because they gave a good deal, also they want to come off as nice. What a scumbag move. These guys don't play any of the games they purchase, they buy these collectables with no other intent but to sell for a higher price. Thee vendors at these conventions have no intention of selling to resellers, they already are the resellers, they have an intention to sell to collectors, not resellers. These youtubers are taking advantage of people who have worked very hard to come across these items only to get bought out in bulk because they are desperate for sales and want a little bit of exposure potentially andddd don't want to look like a bad person in front of potentially a million people. This is the EVIL side of retro game collecting and I do not agree with it. I've been collecting for 13 years and have a small collection, that is an insignificant amount of time compared to a lot of collectors. people like Phoenix Resale have been collecting for 5 years and have 100 of every item just from ripping people off and profiting off of youtube. One of these dudes Channels is Called "Chasing the best deal" or something , he basically just says I need a good deal because of my youtube Channel is called that, I've seen a few times on that channel where people say things like" well i have to give you a good deal because of who you are" Knowing they will be seen on the internet makes them have to lower the price for these people who are already making a ridiculous amount of profit from social media. they edit what they want people to see in the videos, but they are actual scum bags. I buy, sell and trade things often for the love of collecting and they do it for profit and to drive prices up on items they already own. F this content
