I hope both countries develop. Here’s why Kenya is better. In Lagos you need to pay at least a year or more of rent to get a decent place to live. In Kenya you just have to put a months worth of rent. Secondly you need a generator in Nigeria since electricity is off most of the time. In Kenya electricity is more stable, a generator is no a necessity. Internet is faster in Kenya.
Finally our institutions are more stable. Our military is never involved in politics, most Kenyans can not name the chief of Staff or any generals.

You're mistaken,if it's better place to live you can say that but overall Kenya can't stand beside nigeria coz, nigeria is the richest,has the largest economy, largest refinery, largest movie industry, music and entertainment in African while the military power is stronger than Kenya even they're still Many other points I didn't mention but Kenya might be a perfect place to live I can't guarantee that but I think it's peaceful and has stable electricity

the data is not accurate . the jubilee govt made over 10k km of tarmac roads on top of what already exists ,so we cannot have 4300km of tarmac as indicared

With that massive population Nigeria is definitely doing poorer....the only thing to boast about is GDP but we all know that over 90 million Nigerians survive below 2 dollars a day. Comparison is a relative thing. You win in this they win in that and that makes each country unique. For instance, Nigeria wins when it comes to number of people owning private jets. Nigeria has a larger GDP that South Africa and Egypt but they can't match those country's infrastructure. They cant match Kenya's either. Kenya has electric supply all over the country. Kenya has best hotels. Kenya boasts the fastest internet connection in Africa and is home of mobile money. The surest ways to feel that look at where more citizens move to in search of better life.

What's most intriguing to me is our birth rates. In Kenya, the elephant in the room is the Somali community. They tend to have large families and many babies per woman, and start families much much earlier.
No pun intended though, I appreciate Somali brothers and sisters. I wonder if there are regions in Nigeria that contribute more to the high birth rate.

There's different between no electricity and unstable electricity,some states has at least 20hours while some doesn't have for days, it's determined by the states wealth and development

To understand the multiple failures of Nigeria clearly a better comparison should be between a giant vs another giant.
