A good sub for 2SA1489/2SC3853 would be the complementary pair 2SA1492/2SC3856 which can be sourced from DigiKey or places like LCSC cheap. I always keep these pairs in stock.

I can't help myself. They aren't "mosfets". They are conventional bipolar transistors. Very different devices. Sorry - like I said, can't help myself. A pet peeve from a 40 yr audio technician. Mosfet isn't a generic term.
