      You know he’s not really sacrificing much because he was already fit before going through all of that so he’s body burn calories much faster and easier if an overweight guy walked only 10k steps a day he wouldn’t even burn half what this guy burned even if he follow a very restricted diet

      Guy's here's the fun fact: actually he neither follows any diet nor any workout, What he does is only records a random video at any point of time and the keep on eating lots of foods , and the he gets fat and then he records another video of himself in which he is fatter than last one and then puts the combined video of before and after 😂😂😂😂 it's as simple as that😂😂😂

    Edit: It's been about 2 months and during that time I decided to go to the Gym (I was mainly walking and getting myself moving more than before first). Since going to the gym and adding weights to my regiment, I haven't been losing weight at a fast pace, but I still notice some things and I still feel good. I went from 227/228 to 220. Regular exercise and eating sensibly is the key to doing it! Remember every body is different and you shouldn't rush yourself - and walking is good way to exercise without over thinking it! Don't get too bothered with counting calories as long as you're not binging like mental, just walk as much as you can then build up on it if you're at a low fitness. Working well for me so far! Lost 3kg in a month and a half (I don't do 10k everyday because of work and chronic illness) but patience and the results will come.

      Yeah I was the opposite. I started weight training and as my body composition changed my metabolism went up because muscle is more expensive calorically. I only do cardio/walking a little bit just to sharpen any weight loss I’m looking for. Cardio only gets you so far because your body gets used to using Fewer calories and it actually dropped your metabolism after a while so it’s like a drug and you need more and more cardio to keep losing weight. Then if you stop? You balloon up immediately. If you build a lot of muscle or at least a moderate amount, that takes your metabolism up up up.

    People in the comment section don't forget there is something more important than the exercises you do, whether mild or extreme. What you eat is more important than any exercise. You could do crazy P96X workouts, but if you still eat a whole pizza for breakfast, McDonald's for lunch, and Chinese take out for dinner, you ain't losing anything. That's not to say you can't eat your favorite foods, but minimize how much you eat. I'm barely getting back into walking/running, but I've stayed a consistent 210lbs-215lbs for the past 4 years because I control how much I eat.

    If you cant do 1 hour a walk a day. Split it in 2. I do 30 min morning and evening walks that makes it a total of 1 hour a day. Also if you split the workout to 30 min morning and evenings you have a break in between that lets you even walk more than just do it for 1 hour straight.

    Don't ever do anything drastic, strict, or unsustainable for weightloss. Youll see results fast, but once you hit a milestone your mental and physical wont be able to handle and continue that, and you'll return. Ive been there a thousand times for fast results. Each time becomes more difficult to get back into.
    This is why everyone mentions lifestyle change, it sounds the most difficult but it really isnt. Anything becomes a habit once you get into it.

    • @orangemoonglows2692
      @orangemoonglows2692 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      walking is not extreme or unsustainable. a lot of folks recommend walking 10k steps a day.

    • @theunknownbeing7
      @theunknownbeing7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@orangemoonglows2692 Yes, it is. Simply starting a healthy diet and lifestyle change goes beyond that. Starting off 10k daily is highly unsustainable and an unrealistic goal. Your body isn't adjusted, and unless it's already an in-grained habit, people's lives fluctuate. Sure, you can complete the challenge. Yet, you're setting yourself up for disappointment and failure later down the road when you've burned yourself out. Your body too. You won't find it appealing to continue what has caused much dread and misery. 10k daily should come after, not before. Nothing beats a sustainable habit.
      Yo-yo diets exist for a reason.
