I know you use a word like "thrilling" ironically, but believe me, we find your work thrilling. You're among the cream of the TH-cam guitar crop.

“If it sounds good it’s gonna be good “ ..so true . Thanks so much , great video - using doublestops for rhythm or soloing is so overlooked by so many guitarists, the older I get the more I love it .

You inspire me Adrian. You inspire many people. So much so that, because we see you play a Telecaster often, my wife just bought me a new USA Tele Player's edition "special". Tobacco sunburst tortoise shell guard, plays just super amazing. This lesson is my favorite style of playing. Sweet chord progression. I just love running up the neck to a grand resolve at the top. Thank you so much for being the gentle soul you are. Pun intended.

Wow. It's amazing that something so special is actually not incredibly complex at all. Just beautifully composed. True genius. Reminds me of Cornell Dupree on Rainy Night In Georgia. Thank you for this. Your compositions are always so thoughtful and uniquely yours.

Thanks for this Adrian! Your channel is excellent. This year I fell in love... and decided that to celebrate that emotion I was going to learn disco, funk and soul music. Thankfully for me, you do it all man!! That's what I dig about you :)
The D/E chord in this video is in a song that I'm currently learning, Silk Sonic's cover of "Love's Train" ... That would be a D add 9 right?

  • @vKarl71

Thank you! Beautiful playing. I love that progression & your elegant double stops. The camera angle that looks down the fretboard from the headstock is not that helpful because the fingers hide each other. The best angle would be from your right shoulder.
