They actually had very thin wires connecting Bolt to some of the other runners. That way he could pull them along behind him and they wouldn't look so pathetically slow. It was very nice of him.

You're fired! I got the times of the ones I could, then compared speeds within a single shot, and I used that as a ratio for the times. There might have been some people who never showed up on camera after the start. I based it on that shot of James Corden's finish.
