Their net banking dashboard sucks! There's no option to get bank statement. So when you need to show your statement as a proof of address, u can't rely on it. I met several students who created their account with this bank and all r cursing it. One student said his debit card got delivered in his home country address! There are lots of issues. U better stay away from this nuisance bank!

Their process is extremely slow and very annoying too, so be prepared and have patience. The only alternative what the other students are doing is, create another bank A/C (Scotia or CIBC) after arriving here and then slowly transfer the amount in that account and make that account your primary because of 2 major reasons- 1)Simplii A/C cant be used for employment purpose. 2) Having a credit card is must in Canada and I would never prefer Simplii for credit card!

No thats not true ..simplii provide me debit card within 2 days ..u have to fill ur details like address and number then they shipped ur debit card within 2 days
It’s just not about getting your debit card shipped on time. You don’t get cvv in your debit card. You can’t access physical branch if you find any difficulty with your account. You cannot do online transactions as it doesn’t have cvv itself. It’s good that you have got it in 2 days but I received it in 2 weeks, few of my friends received it late as well :)
