Why don't your team get these boxes with openings to gently pick the isolated birds (like 10 at a go), carry them to the car/tricycle and easily let them off? Its less stressful to the birds than holding them from the legs heads down and can accommodate more birds each transitioning to the car. I think that is more efficient and effective
