@@Dat.FL5 No. You don't need to remove it for a radiator install. I haven't pulled the bumper on this car yet. Waiting on intercooler before I yank it off!
@@Dat.FL5 I know more now than I did then. There are small covers on the bottom of the splash shield that give you access to the lower condenser bolts. Makes life so much easier than having to remove the bumper!
I've got an event coming up in a few weeks, so I'll put it to the test then. Using 100% factory coolant for the test. Only downside for the test is that ambient temps will be lower as the season begins to shift.
@@pointbypatrol you think a Cusco LSD would help with that ..or just no way around it with your current build you are knocking at the 500 whp door...i dont think you posted what you are making now...i know you got hvi, dp, tune and engine work
How hard was it to remove the oem studs for the titanium ones? And what method did you use? Downpipe and midpipe will be here over the weekend and will replace the studs for titanium ones as well.
@@PR1M3L4B It was a brand new turbo and cylinder head, so I didn't need to remove the studs. One of the studs on the old turbo snapped during removal, which was crazy for a car with 2,000 miles on it.
I've got my ss remark exhaust sitting at the house waiting on my rv6 dp to come next month. Getting tuned by hondata next weekend. Prl hvi already installed.
The modern type r's honestly have the most boring sounding engine I have ever heard in my entire life. The older high reving hondas have so much more emotion.
This the real honda sound man....lol I would love a new civic type r tho I'm not gonna lie. I would prob disconnect the fake engine sound under the dash, run an exaust that's not too loud, not too quiet, and make the car tunable. Shoot for like 385whp. That's all I'd do. Then of course I would keep my retro 90s honda screamer in the garage for the weekends lol.
Great job
Is something rattling in the mufflers or am I hearing things?

Does it throw a code installing the downpipe?

You didn’t have to take off the bumper to change the radiator like in your other video? Thank you!

@@pointbypatrolthank you sir! Just wondering because I saw the PWR radiator install video and the bumper had to come off, which I want to avoid.

was wondering why was the rad hose coming out 😅 looking forward to finding out this new rad.... no reverse flow? must be up to par with track temps

ben, try dp, fp, and mrt front res delete with fuse mod! it actually made me not want an exhaust lol more than enough flow on stock turbo
I'm a total sucker for the Remark. I do like how it is right now because it's incognito, but that titanium exhaust just saves soooo much weight!

No need to pull the fuse anymore with Hondata. It can be tuned to open as soon as the car is on.

I do miss the VTEC crack in the older engines, the turbo tends to muffle some of the excitement, but hey, you get turbo noises!
