Thanks for that quick recap and nice images. And congrats on the 5.000m ice championship! I loved your full race recap you once did with bart swings(?) during corona. Knowing your a newly father and totally busy but if i may post a little wish here for me as an amateur its really nice to get some insights in: How did the last weeks of training go (What was done, and all acording to plan? What were your race expectations (beating bart?) and strategy before the race? A little bit about the competitors and their form. Any new gear you are using like the wheels or boot & suit? And of course how did the race developed: start, positioning, crashes, little infights, critical moments of when jason and Bart attacked - did you let them got on purpose to keep the field slower? Final Km how did you get into a sprint was it really tactical in the end and all fair or quite messy? Also an interview situation is sometimes way less work and better to listen to - maybe just get someone from powerslide do 10 minute video call that they prepare so you actually have nothing to do but answer - i would also volunteer for that job ;)

Very good questions! Maybe we have to bring back the “Race-Report” series at some point! As always time is the limiting factor…
