If you cook the beans with a stamp size of Kombu, they will cook faster and softer. Adding avocado leaves while cooking reduces/removes flatulence. 😊

Hi I live in Florida and I eat strawberries all my life if you want better taste and less mushy strawberries wash before you take cap off after you wash and take cap off and cut do not rinse after we put sugar on to make a juice sauce longer it sit the sugar brings juice out of berries you should try this is how my mom and grandma did it
