@@guerrerowarrior1 this is just me own speculations but S&S recently uploaded a ride video on their TH-cam of 4D coasters using X2 and the other one (I always forget the name) as their examples.. The coaster is definitely going to be a type somewhere else in the world. If it was a first of it's kind in the world they would be marketing it like that
The prevailing rumor for the new coaster is a Vekoma Flying Motorbike style, which is apparently a patent that they have but haven't built yet. If anyone is wondering, Six Flag's Holiday in the Park will be running from November 28th to January 5th on select days. Yes, this information comes from the Magic Mountain Website.
@Blxckhxrt629 I'm thinking mack striker similar to voltron. They aren't dropping 300+ million dollars for a falcons flight type attraction. I can't wait to see if a final cost comes out for that thing. Just in steel, specialty crane, labor and number of lsms that thing is going to probably blow the highest priced coaster figure away. ooh love to see six flags getting lots of love and woo excited for the new coaster to go in cant wait to start seeing it break ground and track and supports
I wish Universal/Comcast bought SFMM & turned it into another Epic Universe. But no way, no how will that happen. Not sure about all the details of SFMM's economics going back to the park's opening in 1971. But if its existing & potential attendance (& profit & loss ledger) were like a theme-park version of a gold mine or oil field, Six Flags/Cedar could do a lot more to improve it.
@vanillac0keh3ad tbh I don't have a clue on it they could definitely put a whole lot of effort in it it's also spending costs and etc i worked there and an ap holder for 10 years when I was younger i didn't notice then but I did when I worked there it was so much potential
I’m putting my money on either an axis coaster or a version of FLY from Phantasiland in Germany, as it also has some steampunk aspects and ties into that bird clue. Made by Velkoma. But really can’t wait for whatever it is!
I seen a video of a coaster but didn't catch the manufacturer however it's seats like x2 but on an arm while the arm can spin 360° son can the seats in a controlled spin as well programed simular to Cosmic rewind.
I am just glad we did the drive thru the park for Christmas 2020! I feel bad for anyone that didn't get to do that, it was kind of awesome... I also have a feeling plans changed for what that coaster was going to be after the merger...either way should be cool

We have known about Hurricane Harbor since the Merger. HITP starts nov. 28th. There has been work done within the area of Bear Theatre cleared out a little more. You missed that Scrambler is gone.
I think it has to be first in NA but already made somewhere else. So that could be an S&S Axis, Mack Stryker or Vekoma Moterbike (or something more obscure) I'm pretty sure it's a Vekoma Moterbike because of the cycle clue.

I work at Six Flags Magic Mountain (Justice League and Jammin Bumpers) and Superman is down indefinitely.. hopefully they can get it back up and running for the new movie next year.
I'm still predicting a tilt coaster. SF has been working with Vekoma again and especially now that SF and Cedar Fair merged. Plus there's plenty of terrain in that area for it to play with. It would fit in with the theming in that area alongside Full Throttle, and SF is always keen on putting unique coaster types into MM
How about they just get all of their current coasters and water rides cleaned up and operating properly. Then hire some more staff, have everything open, and run more than one train at a time so we can all enjoy! The last time i was there, half the coasters were closed, and it was a major disappointment.
I don’t think so, they are doing what they can to fix old things and improve. Clearly they are working hard on making sure all the restrooms are updated.

I’ve been betting on a Mack Stryker as well. Voltron has really done well, so it wouldn’t surprise me to see them popping up all over.
Tatsu in the pretzel loop at the same time as Revolution going through its loop. Nice!
