    Your voice and instructions are very clear. Absolute high quality tutorial with focus on the right aspects. I'm knew (and do) most of these progressions and expect to master it end of the summer. Nevertheless thanks for this tutorial!

    Thanks for the tips! I'm going to try your strength exercises and see how they work for me. I have a feeling that the crow to handstand is the final piece I need to be strong enough to get my straddle press to handstand (wrist and shoulder strength).

      They’re very different movements- the two transitions you’ve mentioned, I do have an 80 press handstand class on the channel you should check out!

    Great video. I’m working on Handstand, Pincha M, and “the yoga float” (cant do any, but my crow and other arm balances are good) and these exceecises will certainly help me as they target my weaknesses, thanks
