Something to look for in a therapist is whether or not they have a hero complex. There's a big difference between wanting to help someone vs thinking you know better than them.
I have no doubt that for some people, 120 dollars for therapy is genuinely worth it. But I don't care who you are, who your therapist is, why you're in therapy. There's no reason for a therapist to bring their politics into a patients session. If the patient wants to spend 4 sessions in a row screaming about politics, they're paying to do that, but if you're being paid to listen and help someone process their problems, bringing your personal politics into it is crazy.

Second, you should know by now that greentext stories are fake and gay. They're always written to push a narrative. This one is so obvious that it will not fool anyone new, only those that wanted to believe it before they read it.
Third, therapy can sometimes work if the patient wants it to work and even then it's going to be a long and expensive process. It's not BS, but it's also not a gamble most people can afford.
Fourth, if by some chance this was not fake, OP should immediately report the therapist to not only the license organization for their state, but also to the clinic she's working from. And thank his insurance company they pay so much that a therapy session is only $120 per session. Also demand more meds because there's no way an anon would have a girlfriend, so we know he's hallucinating.
Fifth, we all know OP was too scared to confront anyone and just made his next appointment on the way out instead of firing her.
