South Philly has amazing food and south street is fun during the day but can be dangerous at night

To be honest you can’t go wrong if you pick C or D. I would’ve pick C because you get the amenities and with D you don’t get nothing but the loft is nice though. Also the location would play a key role for me, so with apartment C it looks like it’s closer to downtown because I saw the CW or CBS building in the background outside the bedroom widows. Welcome to the tri state area 👍🏾
I really liked the loft! The layout was so perfect. Just sucks you couldn't have the amenities. Congrats!

I liked apt C w/all the amenities, but the noise at 1st might be a problem.
However, I really liked this apartment w/balcony & lounge area w/security for safety. I’m from NYC where some rents r $3000 & up so this place is very affordable.

I’ve moved several tenants into apartment B. Really great choices. Moving to a new city you should consult with a realtor like myself. It’s literally FREE to you and we are from Philly so can give first hand advice. Etc

Im moving to philly and ive been apartment shopping. If anyone knows any really nice lofts, or units with good lighting, and floor the ceiling windows. My budget is around 2200.
Are you still in philly? I hope you didn’t go back to la, it’s so much better here. I am moving to manyunk in 2 weeks. Looked though at some beautiful apartments but nothing was perfect. One Brown was the closest. I’m waiting until I can afford the Alexander.

Apartment B is the Hamilton. I went there yesterday and that place sucks. Those bedrooms do not have a wall that goes all the way to the top of the room. It's like a loft style apartment. It was mad wack. There is no closet space what so every. I saw a one bedroom. $1625 or something. Also they didn't even show the penthouse deck. I didn't even know they had a deck until I went back on the site to look. She showed us the gym and all the other lounge spaces that was really huge and nice but I'm good. That apartment was very misleading based on what I saw online. I can not beleive the walls didn't go all the way up to the ceiling. What if you have someone in the other room and don't have privacy? Weak! I went to LINCOLN Square and saw someone that live their apartment. I went to Rittenhouse Square to that was a joke. yo these lux apartments they be playing games 😂 You really have to go in person. Pictures are deceiving.
