I bought a 2023 Xmax in Nov 23 and I am totally pleased in every way !!! I got it for $6299 out the door as it was their last one left and got a real good price !!! I am more impressed the more I ride it !!!
These little scooters are great. I bought a 2006 Majesty 400 new still own it today and love it. If your thinking about buying one of these don't hesitate. It's just so much fun!
I looked at it Saturday morning nice scooter. Decided to get the Zuma 125 for in town use. I have a retro modern bike for long trips makes me happy every time I get on it.
I’m going to receive mine tomorrow May 17th of 2024 here in Japan. The same color as yours but 250cc because the 300 is not commercialized. Thanks for the review!!! I’m more excited now than ever 🥳🥳🥳
Dealer fee's taxes and the sort, should never ever add more the 1800 to 2000 to a bike on high end and a good mark up is probably 1000 to 1200$ very rare to see fee's under 1000$ maybe if your a regular customer and got 850 credit score, interest rates are also rarely under 10% on a motorcycle from what I've seen
I'm in Canada and received my '24 XMAX one week ago that I had ordered in late March. Canadian model only comes in Raven Black with blue wheels and is otherwise identical to the US model with the double instrumentation. I'm 5'-6 and the seat is too high for me and hard. In fact, it is higher than other bikes I had that had a similar stated seat height, including a Burgman 650. Fortunately, it is light and has the typical low center of gravity of a scooter. I put the windshield in the highest of its 2 positions to reduce turbulence at helmet level and put the rear shocks at the softest setting (I'm 160 pounds ready to ride). The proximity key is too much of a good thing and asks you to fiddle with the controller button for everything. Putting a key in the ignition is far simpler. The engine works well and is smooth and silent. In less than half a tank, I'm averaging 3.0L/100 km or 78 MPG US.
"Drag your feet ". Not everyone has the money to buy such an expensive scooter. Perhaps you should have a contest giveaway, one of those beautiful scooters, Please. Thank you.
Yo danny boy...hows the display in the sunshine? Can u see it clearly?..looks sharp and the gray isnt bad but they have way better colors. I saw yellow checkered effect. Looked like something from the movie "tron".
I got tell folks..i strongly recommend changing oil least half the time Yamaha directs you to change it, if they say 4000 miles id do at least 2500 miles
@@slowridersmotovlog201 Have you had a look at any after market top cases or windshields? That windshield looks a little small to me. I'd also like some more storage on a rack.
Honestly biggest difference is the looks, Bergman is a great scooter, but it's 2000$ more ,but it does have the features to justify the difference in price, but xmax is better looking, just as dependable, almost as fast!
This is the XMax Tech Max version. The regular XMax is cheaper and has a single display on the dash, and less electronic features, like paid subscription Garmin nav.
@@1zanglangThere's a Blue Core sticker on the left and a windshield care sticker on the right. I'm not seeing what you're referring to, but this is how my bike is labeled as well.

Nooooooo just to change air filter you have to go through HELlL yes yes and spend mad gas more than a car really 😮😮😮 what? The ignition is one of the worse how many times I got stuck on the road I couldn’t even open it for gas that ignition supposed to control everything I couldn’t even open the seat oh my god yamaha dit it this to my pocket?

Your review is nice and straight to the point, looks like a really nice bike esp. the gas miles. Thank you !!!
Thank you
Very nice review and great insight! Thanks!
For that scooter is a lot of aftermarket racing parts in Taiwan

Congratulations on the Zuma 125
Did you happen to notice if it has RPM gauge on the digital screen? Thanks
Yes it is
is this a good scooter for a 260lb rider or something bigger like the burgman 400?
It will do just fine!!

I tried to buy one of these last year thru my local dealership and their out the door price was almost TEN GRAND!!! Needless to say, I walked away..
Ok they that pretty ridiculous. I would have to.
Can get the BMW C400GT for less than that (by a few dollars)

That's kinda funny considering all the newbie riders who for their first bike buy the biggest bike they can find at prices more than some homes.
Looks identical to my 2023. Can not see a single difference. Nice review.
Thank you
I agree, I went with the 2023 because the 2024s were taking forever to come in. The GPS on the dash is a fantastic feature

Which one would you choose 2024 Yamaha Xmax or the 2024 Suzuki Burgman 400?
Xmax every time
