Poor jesse thinking its someone he missed the day before.
Its so sad that people get so low that they see this as their only way out. I’ve come close and i still regret putting my parents and brother through that. I managed to get the help i needed and it breaks my heart that not everyone has that opportunity or a safe space to get help. This is definitely something we need to keep talking about world wide.

I can’t believe the things these guys go through on a day to day basis. They all have great hearts and they should be praised

It’s good of the police to call the tower and let them know what happened. You can hear the heartbreak in Jesse’s voice when he says he thought they missed someone.

Although this is extremely sad, it’s nice that it’s being shown what these life guards deal with regularly, and how extremely awesome they truly are, I read that bondi has an unfortunate large amount of people go there to end their life.
You should never feel bad, even if you do miss someone. You are human. You do such fantastic things all of the time. Maybe the reason the first call was a mistake, and then the person jumped the next day, was to point out to you that you needed to look each situation over a bit better. Everything happens for a reason.

💕 it’s very sad that people who commit suicide didn’t or were unable to talk to someone about their problems💕They don’t realise how upsetting & painful it is for the family & friends to deal with the pain & the loss of their loved one💕Often without knowing why💕
So much respect for all of the lifeguards and how they have to deal with all of this stress but there still great guys,
they all do great and are amazing

it is very hard I know as I have been close to it myself I suffer from anxiety and depression but I know my doctors can help and get me to the right people to help me. it such a shame this person didn't ask for help. 😢😢
Sometimes you can ask and still not get it.. 😞 or In a TIMELY fashion.
I absolutely adore how much Jesse has grown. He's such a sensible guy and a great lifeguard. What a difficult situation to be put in and emotional for Jesse to think that it was his fault.

I hope these life guards have regular scheduled therapy or just opportunities to help them cope with the trauma of their losses and failure to save a life despite their efforts
A good chance that they did miss someone. Could the crowds on top of the cliff see this guy at the base walking around? How did a guy walking around become expectation of an injured person? I think that they needed better communication that first day to learn what the crowd saw.
Is there no live current comm between police and lifeguards?… seems there would be some sort of comm between when something going on in area of beach… causes confusion..
The sad thing is Jesse apparently quit lifeguarding because of PTSD due to all the suicides he witnessed

I got recommended this and it's sad to see that someone had taken their life i have almost twice but couldn't go through with it for the sake of friends and family and went to get help haven't had those thoughts or attempted in a few months nor would I want to suicide Awareness needs to be spread and we need to tell those who are in that mindset that it's not the only option and there's someone out willing to listen and help
Other than animal vet shows, this is the only reality show I watch. The guys are heroes.

i love all of those guys at bondi beach rescue. All of their are hearts are just pure and they just want everyine to be safe and sound

I really like Jessie but he messed up big time, which wasn't sensible. He could have ended up in prison. He ended the job he was great at and loved.
