Misako quite literally chose research over her own son, Garmadon at least had a reason because he was forced into being evil by the snake, and he still cares for his son.

And besides,it’s obvious that she still cares for him just as much as Garmadon. Y’all keep forgetting that as weird of a choice she’s made, she did it with good intentions, and was just as forced into what she did as Garmadon.

You have a child who his dad is the worst person on the planet and you decide not to stay with him to make him more traumatized than he already is and be like "No mother, a father who wants to kill everyone and the school for bad children. He is gonna be fine and survive this, no problem." Heck no. Utlist take him with you, don't send THE traumatized kid alone in the worst school ever existed. And then she is trying to be nice to Lloyd and acts like she care. She literally appeared in the 7 seasons as a "good" mother and in all the other seasons she proved us that she didn't have a reason to appear because she just doesn't care. Also, she was flirting with Wu and Garmadon while Garmadon was with Lloyd on master Chen's island. And in the next season Garmadon wasn't there and she was still flirting with Wu. Like, what's wrong with her? I literally understand why Lloyd is just like that, I would be just like Lloyd if I had a mother like her.

Kingboss she had no good options, just like Maya. It was either leave him and try to find a way for her family to NOT brutally murder each other or watch him die. And I’m not sure if you’ve realized this, but she’s an archeologist, not a librarian. She probably had to do some dangers stuff, and she couldn’t just take a small child with her!
It’s not like she wanted to, for heaven’s sake…
And I do not recall Misako actually flirting with Wu until Garmadon was dead (even so, he technically “left” her. They’re just as good as divorced by that point)

Zane dying every season is a big issue. But it isn’t really his fault.
I think LEGO needs to fix Kai and Zane because they’re getting pretty stale. Then again, they are still my favourite Ninja

I think people saying Zane dies all the time is way to overblown. He dies once, and the other times its immediately clear in a few minutes that he's alive.

Season 5: Zane has his voice broken
Season 6: Zane gets trapped in the Djinn Blade
Season 8: Zane is broken by Mr. E
Season 11: Zane gets teleported to another realm and is made to think he's an evil ice king
Season 12: Zane gets kidnapped by the mechanic to power the portal thing

Same here, it really breaks my heart seeing people disrespect and not appreciate him as character and everything he's done, yet people only focus on the negatives and not on the multitude of positives. Zane really is the best and deserves the uttermost respect.

Also Lloyds prophecy wasn’t to defeat the overlord bro. The prophecy was to defeat lord garmadon, and the conflict that the two carry knowing their destinies while simultaneously caring for one another is very nuanced and compelling to watch

The prophecy just says the green ninja will "defeat the dark lord" it never actually names lord garmadon so it's possible "dark lord" meant the overlord and everyone in the show misinterpreted it
Mail guy is the most underrated character. He literally sends the ninja new costume even when flying on his bike. My guy even tries to do that when the great devourerer is awoken. And the new costume literally saved the ninja if they didn't get it the serpentine would have probably destroyed them and jay because he had a iron cover in his new costume(the ninja were jealous)

I once made a tier list of how much I liked the seasons. It was extremely controversial. I like the typical ones; Sons of Garmadon, Hunted, Possession. I also happened to really like the Ice Chapter in S11 and Crystalized as well. I though Skybound was good. But what I really came under fire for was that I hated Tournament of Elements. I posted it on Reddit... and WOW. The only thing I've posted that I got more hate for was the entry in a Pokémon encyclopedia on how to pronounce Arceus. (It's ar-key-us.)

Lloyd's actions pretty much caused like 57% of the problems in Ninjago... him unleashing the Serpentine is what led to The Great Devourer's release, which led to Garmadon gaining all four Golden Weapons, which led to him learning about the Dark Island, which led to the Overlord returning to Ninjago, which led to Zane dying, which led to Master Chen being able to get all the Elemental Powers and become an Anacondrai, which led to Garmadon sacrificing himself to the Cursed Realm, which led to Morro being freed, which led to the Preeminent being freed and destroyed, which led to Djinnjago collapsing and Nadhakhan imprisoning all the Elemental Masters. Oh, and then there's the Great Devourer's attack causing Harumi's parents to die, which caused Garmadon to be brought back, with only his Oni qualities, which caused the OG Ninja to get stranded in the First Realm, and allowed Garmadon to take over Ninjago and create a stone giant, which in turn caused Harumi and probably a ton of other people to die.
Then again, it's actually really Misako's fault for abandoning him at a place where children are literally TAUGHT to be evil.

I actually agree with you about Misako. She could of trained Lloyd from a young age and he never would of wanted to be like Garmadon, he never would of released the serpentine killing millions of people.

Bro, Sensei Wu hasn't forced young ninja to fight. He knew the future, he knew that it was their destiny to protect young Lloyd so that the Green ninja could beat his father. As a result, the ninja became obsessed with fighting in a team, and began using their elements to protect the world of Ninjago. I agree that Wu is not always right, and no-one is. Even Wu says that he is sometimes wrong too. If you still disagree, read my comment again.

Even though Zane is my favorite, I gotta say he's been underutilized since around season 4. Like he legit got tricked into doing genocide in s11 and didn't even get an arc out of it, just moved on like nothing ever happened.

I agree, and before I always thought that you were joking about Dareth, but now I realize that he actually is a hero. He’s an ordinary, out-of-shape man from Ninjago city, and yet he stands up to the villains, fights along side the ninja, and tries to help. It’s also worth mentioning that he doesn’t die against the villains unlike the rest of the city’s population.

This guy has valid opinions in every character besides mailman, he is the purple ninja who went back in time to help the ninja offscreen
As much as I love Garmadon, him being reused as a Villain really destroyed his character.
One of the things that made Garmadon great in the first place was his developement. He used to be a good, sympatheitc villain at best. Even during his time as a villain, you could see clear parallels to Wus character in terms of both being smart/wise and thoughtfully acting. His character then got a full closure with first turning good, being a great Sensei, and ultemately sacrificing himself for the greater good. His cameo in Posession was great, aaand then his character went downhill with being resurrected but evil. His entire arc in Season 8-10, was the exact same as in Season 1 and 2. The worst thing about it is, that season 8-10 arguably did a better job at presenting the arc, than season 1 and 2. His arc in Season 8-10 feels less like an alone standing Character arc, and more like a more fleshed out reboot of an already astablished arc.

0:35 Sort of irrelevant, but I'd recommend replacing that gold bar in your scythe of quakes with a golden arrowhead. It gives you the same blocky end as the original scythe. I notice you almost use the same scythe build as mine lol
I agree where the overlord is ranked I've been thinking the same thing he was supposed to be the doom of Ninjago and yet flopped as a character him and Lloyd the final battle was meaningless but Lloyd is a good character season 8 and 9 showed it and I think he needs a full season soon Zane's My favorite Ninja and the only problem I have with him is it seems he knows everything and it's a little annoying on that part but I'd overall swap a few things around on that ranking

I agree with everything you say except the fact that Lloyd is a good character. He has a good character development, but he can't be your favourite ninja, he is crying too many times in the show and generally he gives you that sad mood that other characters as Jay for example wouldn't give you.

The reason that Wu keeps secret is to protect the ninja. For example, the times twins. He knew that they were dangerous and kept the ninja out of danger.

Lloyd did contribute and defeat the overlord twice but the overlord can’t be destroyed because the balance has to be crept between the lands and if he’s gone for good the balance will be destroyed
I like this video it's more collected and at a good pace, while still being funny and entertaining i feel like you should aim for video like this more often
