What exactly is thick? I am so confused :). I have a daughter who works out, lifts weight, is strong, and eats healthy. But then she complains about her weight? I try to tell her to focus on her body fat percentage or BMI rather than her weight (i.e. lbs). Jane, what is your metric for considering yourself "thick" to meet your goal? I have to tell you, young women confuse me, yet I have to remember that I was the same way at your age. Why are we as women never satisfied with our appearance, no matter how good we look or how many other people tell us we lood good? Why, why, why is this still happening? So, even though I am a stranger, I am going to say it anyway. JANAE, YOU ALREADY LOOK GREAT! You take excellent care of yourself, you eat healthy, you exercise, you switch up your hairstyles, you dress cute, and the list goes on and on.....
